REI: Restoration, Empowerment, Initiative Sessions
REI was created to help women gain a deeper understanding of the root of their thoughts and actions and learn critical strategies to develop positive patterns that can result in more peace, more joy, and more fulfillment.
In this program you will:
Develop 1 month, 2 month, and 3 month milestones associated with your Restoration, Empowerment, and Initiative plan
Learn mindfulness practices to understand how to be centered and at peace in any situation
Create a plan for self care that you can utilize for years to come
Experience personal breakthroughs to help you live more freely
Have short, but high-impact, homework assignments towards additional Restoration, Empowerment, and Initiative for your life
Package structure:
6 sessions monthly for 55 minutes each for 3 months
Online and in-office sessions

4 sessions monthly for 55 minutes each for 2 months
Online and in-office sessions individual therapy *Clients can choose to do sessions 100% online

Clarity Check-Ups (C2)
C2 was created for people who may have thought about therapy, but haven’t had an opportunity to try it. It provides short term therapy, with long term results.
Package Structure:
2 sessions bi-weekly, for 55 minutes each for one month
Online and in- office sessions individual therapy *Clients can choose to do sessions 100% online.
